COURSE
DESCRIPTION:
Introduction to the
fundamental principles of semiconductor devices. After reviewing the basic elements of solid
state theory and semiconductor physics, we will study the following device
structures in detail: PN junctions, metal-semiconductor junctions, MOS
capacitors, and MOS transistors.
