Professor Daniel Mittleman named IEEE LEOS Distinguished Lecturer for 2002-2003!

The Distinguished Lecturer Awards are presented to honor interesting speakers who have made recent significant contributions to the field of lasers and electro-optics and to enhane the programs of local LEOS Chapters. Currently, there are three awards given each year.
