Forms for Graduate Program

PhD Course Plan - revised 8.20.09 (pdf): This form is applicable only to students who received their M.S. degree from an institution other than Rice and had their M.S. degree approved by the graduate committee as Ph.D. qualified.
MS PhD Course Plan - revised 8.20.09 (pdf): This form is applicable only to students who either enter the Rice graduate program with a B.S. as their highest degree or students who enter the Rice graduate program with a non-Ph.D. qualified Masters degree.
