|
Beyond Traditional Borders (BTB) is a unique, multidisciplinary
educational program that reaches beyond traditional disciplinary and
geographic boundaries to advance the understanding and resolution of
global health disparities (supported by the Howard Hughes Medical
Institute). BTB seeks to train the next generation of citizens and
leaders on the global health challenges faced by the least developed
countries (LDCs), empowering them to develop and implement appropriate
biotechnology solutions that integrate scientific, engineering, health,
policy and economic data perspectives.
