Integrated Systems
and Circuits Laboratory (RISC). We focus on analysis, design, and
testing of integrated circuits and antennas with
applications in high-speed wireless communication,
radar, medical imaging, and bio-sensing. We focus
on designing large-scale radiating
integrated circuits in frequency regimes of 100 MHz to
1 THz. We are located at the heart of
the
Texas Medical Center with
annual research expenditures of $1.8 billion.
