I completed my PhD at Rice University (Houston, Texas, USA) in the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department under supervision of Dr. Rudolf H. Riedi in fall 2007. I got my M.S. at Rice University in 2003 and my B.S. from Electrical Engineering Department of Sharif University of Technology (Tehran, Iran) in 2001. For my M.S. thesis, I worked on traffic modeling and queuing analysis in Internet network. My PhD research was concentrated on routing protocols for Ad Hoc and Sensor networks, capacity of multihop wireless networks, the network coding limitations in wireless networks.  I have recently joined MAC design team of xG Technology Inc (Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA).
