Federal Title IX Students are entitled to safe, equitable circumstances, free of harassment, discrimination, or interpersonal violence. If you find yourself in a violating situation, you are encouraged to seek support through the Rice SAFE Office. Under Federal regulations, most Rice employees, including me, are required to report any incident of non-consensual interpersonal behaviors that is disclosed to them.
