Quiz 2 will be in-class, closed notes, closed books. It will be of similar nature as Quiz 1. It will consist of 7-8 questions, and will take about 45 minutes. No derivations will be asked, and no elaborate formulae will need to be written. However, you may need to recognize basic expressions or major formulae. Questions will be designed to test your understanding of important definitions, facts, theorems, and relationships. The material for Quiz 2 will be what we will have covered from Oct 10 through Thu Nov 8. Please let me know if you need more clarification.
