ELEC 332
What to Turn in
This week's writeup will be a bit shorter than the past few.
What
the SA602 does is fairly straightforward.
Saying much about
how
it does it is beyond the scope of this course.
So we'll skip the Preparation and Design Discussion sections for this week.
- Work in the Lab
-
In this section,
talk about the
process
of configuring equipment, collecting data,
overcoming difficulties,
and achieving desired results.
As usual, mention any problems that you encountered and describe
how you overcame them.
- Results from the Lab
-
In this section you should present and summarize
the data which you have collected
and discuss what it means.
Discuss the mesaurements that you made
and the waveforms you observed
in the context of
a wireless communication system.
As usual, include single point, tabular, and graphic
data as appropriate.
- Design Challenge
-
Describe how you determined the required gain.
Describe the reasoning behind your choice of component values.
Describe the performance of your finished product.
- Document your Design
-
Include copies of your schematic and layout,
and a photograph of your completed board.
This material may be incorporated into previous sections
or gathered together into a separate section.
- Questions
-
These are given in
the previous section.
