Goals
Our goal for this Exercise is to
layout, fabricate, assemble, and test
an I/Q modulator circuit.
Since this is really four goals, there will be a considerable
amount of work involved.
The good news is that one goal has already been achieved
for you: the circuit has already been designed and
verified to work
(assuming the layout, fabrication and assembly are done
correctly).
This exercise is not entirely academic.
The circuit that you construct will be used
as the core of Exercise 6.
