Weekly Meetings
It is expected that the members of your design team will meet
frequently, either as a whole, or in smaller groups,
to discuss and develop the design.
However, you must also schedule a regular weekly meeting
between the entire team and your project
advisor.
This should be a brief (no more than
an hour) meeting whose
purpose is to
make sure that everything is on track and running smoothly
and to resolve any procedural or technical problems you may be having.
Although these meetings are not formal presentations,
you may be asked to hold forth at length on any topic
related to the current state of your project.
